Description of DutiesThe Assistant Fiscal Administrator will assist the Chief Financial Officer in all fiscal functions of the organization.  NLS has a budget of over $5.5 million dollars with over 40 funding sources including federal, state and local grants.

Duties will include; computerized bookkeeping entry including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable using the MIP fund accounting computerized bookkeeping program; payroll oversight; vouchering, budgeting including narrative, grant reporting.  Duties also include assistance with human resource responsibilities and office management.
