Responsibilities:

·        Respond to court calendar calls, or WC Boards to resolve disputes.  May negotiate settlements at WC Boards.  Acts as liaison between WC Board and Claims.  May arrange payment plans with policyholders to recover monies owed.

·        Prepare standard pleadings; drafts motions in higher court cases utilizing computer software.

·        Handle investigations including locating witnesses and interviewing witnesses.
